Privacy Policy
Below is a summary of how we handle personal data.

Data we collect
On registration: email, name (optional), and password (bcrypt hashed). Session: JWT token stored in browser localStorage. For registered users on the server: watchlist, portfolio positions, budget records, symbol notes, recently viewed symbols. Analysis pages can be used anonymously; sign-up is not required.
Local storage
Language preference, DCF scenarios, price alerts, and (when logged out) watchlist may live in localStorage on your device. Only fields synced when you sign in are sent to the server.
Third parties
Financial data goes to Financial Modeling Prep; AI commentary (if any) to OpenAI API; analytics (if configured) to Google Analytics. Those providers' privacy policies apply. Mupuv does not sell your personal data to these third parties.
Cookies
A `SameSite=Lax` cookie stores language preference. Session identity is mostly managed via localStorage JWT. Analytics cookies depend on site configuration.
